HYGIENE

Glass bathtubs are fitted with an exclusive ‘blowing after’ system to ensure the pipes are fully drained after the bathtub has been emptied. This prevents water stagnation which, over time, can lead to unpleasant odours and the proliferation of bacteria. A number of Glass bathtubs also feature a semi-automatic sanitization programme designed to clean the nozzles and the hydromassage circuit with a liquid disinfectant which is introduced into a special tank.

Glass multifunction showers: bespoke wellbeing

Many Glass multifunction shower collections can be made to measure, allowing you to make the most of the available space.
All Glass multifunction showers have a highly efficient generator to produce steam, and the power is adjusted to suit the size of shower being installed.
To guarantee maximum hygiene and long life, the Glass boiler is automatically flushed through after each steam cycle to prevent water and scale remaining in the circuit. During this process, and to increase safety, hot water is mixed with cold to ensure boiling water does not flow out and hit the shower tray.
